Quality Policy

Main Elements of TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Processes:

·  Our documented processes are known by all our employees to ensure the quality management and continuous improvement of our products, services and processes.

·   Opportunities and risks that may positively and negatively affect the production capability and customer satisfaction are identified and measures and practices ((especially the Quality Management System) are implemented for development.

·   The activities of our processes are discussed twice a year at the Management Review Meetings where analyzes are made via comparing the targets and the situation at the time and followed with setting new targets. (Plan-Do-Check-Act Methodology)

Product Quality:

·  Our product conforms to TS 10922 EN 81-1 and TS EN 81-20 Standards.

·  Quality Management and Improvement processes prevent the delivery of damaged products to our customers through Material Entry Quality Control, Intermediate Quality Control and Final Quality Control processes.

· We have an effective and fast quality management approach for customer complaints, suggestions and service requests.

Diffusion of Policy:

·  "Vision", "mission", "strategy and policy" and "quality targets" determined by the Senior Management are instructed to all company employees through trainings.

·  In order to achieve the determined quality targets, the success indicators of all realization processes have been determined by the relevant process managers, and these success indicators are used to monitor the process performances.
